See, I know EXACTLY how you feel because I've been there; I used to be almost convinced that I was a chronic procrastinator, luckily it was only almost.

True, I had big plans and dreams but somehow I just never seemed to get round to doing them. I tried again, and again, and again to take control of my life using so-called time management systems, but somehow I always seem to fall back into my old habits.

To be honest looking back I'm not sure which was worse - the fact that I never seemed to achieve what I set out to, or the fact that it seemed like I was always dancing to somebody else's tune because I hadn't planned things into my life.

As the man said,

"If you don't plan your own life, someone else will - and guess what they've got planned for you?

Not much!

That's so important I'm going to repeat it.

I began to recognise the truth in this and I hated the way my life as going, but I just seemed stuck.

Then as I began to be engulfed by another wave of late in the afternoon disgust at myself for wasting another day, I screamed to myself:

 

"You have to take your personal productivity seriously!"

 

By then I knew there was no magic quick fixes, believe me I'd tried them all - but I'd reached rock bottom, and raw desperation led me to begin to study test and apply all of the ideas I could find around personal productivity and time management.

Little by little I began to find out what actually worked and what didn't.

 

I first came across Anth Quinn a year ago, while surfing the net as I researched the subject of 'Life Coaching'. Since then I have been the recipient of Anthony's extraordinarily insightful, yet down-to-earth Daily Tips via email.

As I read the tips each day, I feel cared for and strengthened and I realize that I am part of a greater humanity that is bent on living life in a creative and fulfilling manner in the best way possible.

Anth's great pointers, valuable insights and practical methods of implimentation give me a greater clarity of thought and an optimistic view of being able to achieve my goals and to plan future goals.

Anth is a wonderful human being who  in his passionate and practical way, is able to connect to and help many people to help themselves.
