I read similar article also named Do you really believe this?, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me

An Olympic athelete (sculling) once told me, "You'll never do your best without a coach. The BEST will quit working too early without a coach to push him/her."

I think the greater point is finding those triggers or self-motivation within ourselfs that can keep us focused on the task and goal we need to accomplish if we want to live the life of our dreams.

Anth,

I can't believe it; you've shattered my dream – a six pack in only 3 weeks after 34 years of not having one - that would have been a bargain :o)

"I recognise that you need ongoing small ‘actionable’ bites of information."

When I read this," like suntanning" popped into my head!. If we really want a suntan, and lay in the sun(or tanning bed) for too long - quess what?

We get burned ,and get sore, and often miserable!

For a healthy tan, we just need exposure in short segments, over an extended period of time. Where was this analogy when I was getting "burned" on the internet, while searching for an online business venture. I am happy to say that while I was in "Research & Development" haha , I finally was introduced to a legit opportunity. I did not realize that some people had stretched the truth, and that they could not deliver on their promises, even if they wanted to. This is one of the reasons that myself, and I'm sure others could never succeed.

Bottom line- If it such a great idea, do some homework, wait a day or two, and if it is still a great idea, go for a walk, come back and order it!

I would have saved much pain & $$$$$ if I would have done that!!
