Hello, my name is Anth Quinn and I'm a professional coach specialising in helping people break through their old limitations and challenges and to take control of their lives and their future.

My background is as a scientist who became fascinated with developing human potential.

As your coach I am 100% committed to helping you get the best result possible. Imagine the benefits of having regular time out with a trained professional coach, who has a deep rooted, total belief in you and your capabilities, right alongside you encouraging, questioning, supporting and challenging all from a place of absolute confidence in you.

 

People who have worked with me describe me as easy going, straight talking and grounded, with an uncanny ability to ask out of the blue questions that break straight though old “excuses” and generate amazing insights and new possibility thinking.

In working with me for a while people have commented at how surprised they are that they believed their old excuses for so long.

I work best with people who are already successful and recognise that they are holding themselves back. People who have had enough of repeating the same patterns of self-sabotage and recognise that working with a coach will give them the extra support and motivation to enable them to smash through their limiting beliefs, habits and distractions - aligning their actions and thoughts towards what is truly important to them and to get even more consistent success in their lives!

I am a professionally trained coach, member of the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, my qualifications include:

I am passionate about helping people breakthrough their old limitations and achieve their goals.

I believe it's important for coaches to "walk their talk" and I have a deeply held belief that limitations are just challenges to our creativity. Following this belief led me to choose to live in beautiful North Yorkshire and to create my dream, building the successful global coaching practice I have today. I now regularly work with people from across the globe, including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe, South Africa and of course the UK.

I have my own coach and I passionately believe in the value of coaching and its amazing ability to help people create meaningful and long lasting positive growth in their lives.
